Apartment
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a complex with 2 pools only a minutes walk to the beach. The two bedroom apartment is a duplex which overlooks the beach. There is a lounge, kitchen, utility room and w/c on the ground floor, a master bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. There is also secure underground parking space provided for our guests to use.
Ground Floor:
The lounge has a leather sofa, dining table, air-conditioning and television complete with 'Sky'.
Accessed from the lounge is a private terrace which has an outside dining table and sunbeds.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, diswasher and Microwave. There is also a utility room accessed from the kitchen with washing mashine, iron and ironing board.
First Floor:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, substantial cupboard space, separate upstairs air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with jaccuzi bath, shower, w/c, wash hand basin and bidet.
The double bedroom has two single beds, substantial cupboard space.
There is a separate family bathroom with bath, shower, w/c and wash hand basin.
